Marc Kamps is founder and CEO of Birds and Trees UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Hamburg. After his training as a banker and several years working as a financial services provider, he switched to the games industry in 2012 and worked for InnoGames as the producer for the online multiplayer strategy game Tribal Wars 2.

Personally motivated, he uses his experience since early 2015 to help chronically ill children by developing therapy-accompanying games in collaboration with affected persons, healthcare providers and hospitals.

Marc Kamps acts as an honorary consultant for the “Mukoviszidose e.V. Bundesverband Cystische Fibrose” on questions of digitization and social media as part of strategic implementation. He studied game design and business law with focus on financial services.
